Our Process

Production Journey

Every vehicle goes through a series of precise, interconnected processes to ensure the highest quality and reliability.

Vehicle Production Line

Stamping

High-precision pressing forms high-quality materials to ensure strength, durability, and dimensional accuracy.

Engine Production Line

Casting

Engine blocks and major components are formed through a high-precision casting process using high-quality materials to ensure strength, durability, and dimensional accuracy. This process creates a solid foundation before components continue to the next manufacturing stage.

Customer

Customer

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia conducts extensive research in vehicle production, covering aspects such as design, color, interior, and more. The research results are then illustrated through sketches, and the selected best design is visualized in 3D using computer technology. The process continues with the creation of a vehicle prototype based on the finalized design.

Quality Assurance

Built on Trust
